Fal Sepeti is a marketplace that connects users and talented psychics. Their business has been in the market since 2012. Currently, they have 5 different reading options and more than 150 psychics on their platform. They provide 4 different options to connect users and psychics, which are text message, audio message, phone call, and video call.

Fal Sepeti’s main goal is to increase daily reading numbers. Therefore, they want to take the first spot in the market as the number one Future Seeing Platform in Turkey.

The challenge never ends in Turkey. Therefore in Fal Sepeti. After the earthquake in 2023, Fal Sepeti faced another crisis in 2024. This time it was about the business. They had to shut down the website due to some issues. Even though transactions through the website are not a huge part of the big picture, the change still significantly affected the numbers. And the worst part is that we were improving the “all time high” record every month until that time.

Fortunately, we returned from that point and finished the year with a well-deserved success. It was not what we imagined at the beginning of the year but there was something to celebrate.
